Dean Elwood – CEO and Founder, Voxygen

Dean Elwood started experimenting with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) in 2000, as a means of networking two-way radio. In 2003 he co-founded VoIP User, a community site offering a self-funded SIP network and PSTN gateway. Today the site is a reference for the industry and consumer alike and has become a focal point for the exchange of ideas and technology. He is an active writer and conference speaker on the subject and is a named inventor on several VoIP patents. 

Today he prefers to remain at the creative edge of the VoIP spectrum through his VoIP consultancy by designing and implementing custom technologies and unique individual network systems with a healthy disregard for ‘the impossible’.

Lee Sankey - Managing Director, Voxygen

Lee Sankey has worked in a diverse set of industries, holding director-level positions in start-ups, SMEs and large organizations, and has a unique track record of success in delivering high-quality customer experiences. His expertise ranges from developing word-of-mouth recommendations to creating brilliant web portals for customers to creating call centre operations, with every detail in between.

During 2008 he studied Leading Change in Complex Organizations at MIT in Boston, USA and now, as Managing Director at Voxygen Limited, consults to high-profile clients on business strategy, service design and user experience.
