Products and Technology Director
Chris has a wide range of experience within the communications sector through senior level positions he has held at both startups and Fortune 500 companies including Ericsson, U4EA Technologies, Ikanos, Phorm and Skype.
Prior to joining us, Chris was responsible for the business products section of Skype, the world’s largest real-time communications network. As Senior Product Manager, he led the overall strategy and development of the Skype for Business offerings including Skype Connect.
Chris brings his unique blend of business, sales and technical skills to client projects. As an experienced Product Manager, he has the ability to research markets, interact with end customers and shape a vision from concept to a finalised, world leading service.
Chris’ 15 years of experience includes building and leading teams in the real time communications space. He has an extensive knowledge of the industry from chipsets and operating systems to web and mobile application development.
He is frequently invited to give presentations and join expert panel roles at industry conference events such as Mobile World Congress and VoiceCon.
Chris has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, is a Stanford Certified Project Manager and also studied towards a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at Auckland University of Technology.
